Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") govern your access to and use of the bek33 online gaming platform, accessible at bek33.app ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). bek33 provides online gaming services including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and crash games to eligible players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the bek33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use bek33.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bek33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bek33 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and conducts age verification on accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds will be returned to the originating payment method.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf when using bek33.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false identity information, including a false name, date of birth, or phone number, is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• You may hold only one bek33 account. Operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or multiple identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bek33, nor an immediate family member of any such person, when using the platform for real-money gaming.

Account Registration & Security

When you create a bek33 account, you are responsible for all activity that takes place under that account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your bek33 account:

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number at registration. This number is used for account verification, OTP delivery, and password recovery. You are responsible for keeping this number active and accessible.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bek33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bek33 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat asking for your password.
• You must notify bek33 customer support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bek33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to notify us promptly.
• bek33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a financial crime risk to the platform.
• Account balances held in your bek33 wallet are not interest-bearing. bek33 does not act as a financial institution and the funds in your account are not protected by any deposit guarantee scheme.

bek33 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. Deposits & Withdrawals

bek33 supports a range of payment methods suitable for players in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the bek33 platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bek33, though your mobile wallet or bank may impose its own daily transfer limits. bek33 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• All funds deposited at bek33 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.
• bek33 is required by its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations to verify the source of funds for withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide documentation confirming the source of the funds in your bek33 account before a withdrawal of a significant amount is processed.
• bek33 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the funds are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bek33 may conduct an investigation and the outcome of that investigation will determine whether the withdrawal is approved or the account is closed.

All transactions at bek33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote amounts in Bangladeshi Taka. Currency conversion is not offered and all deposits, withdrawals, and account balances are denominated exclusively in BDT.

Bonuses & Promotions

bek33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers on the Offers and Promotions page:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement at bek33 is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are offered to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all related winnings and suspension of all associated accounts.
• Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless the individual offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not withdrawable cash, until wagering requirements are met.
• bek33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus offer is withdrawn before you have claimed it, you will not be entitled to that bonus. If a bonus offer is withdrawn after you have claimed it, the existing wagering requirements will continue to apply to any bonus funds already credited to your account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per eligible account. A player who closes their account and re-registers is not entitled to claim a welcome bonus a second time. bek33 uses technical and manual checks to identify and prevent duplicate welcome bonus claims.

Responsible Gaming

bek33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Players may set deposit limits, session time limits, and wagering limits directly within their bek33 account settings at any time. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period as specified in the account settings.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended, all marketing communications will be stopped, and re-registration will not be permitted until the exclusion period ends. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• bek33 does not extend credit to players. You may only play with funds that are already present in your bek33 wallet. bek33 does not offer any form of overdraft, credit facility, or pay-later arrangement.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bek33 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other financial crime. bek33 actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the bek33 platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms, including any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market available on the bek33 platform. Match-fixing and collusion are taken extremely seriously and will be referred to appropriate authorities.
• Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's account, for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotional offers more than once. All accounts involved in detected multi-accounting will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bek33 staff or other users through any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media. bek33 has a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behaviour directed at its team or its user community.

bek33 uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected, bek33 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds connected to that activity, close the account, forfeit all balances, and recover any costs incurred by bek33 as a result of the prohibited activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bek33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of bek33 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bek33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the bek33 platform without the prior written consent of bek33. Any unauthorised use of bek33's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bek33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bek33 platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if bek33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bek33 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The bek33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, bek33's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Amendments to These Terms

bek33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where we consider the changes to be significant, we may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the bek33 platform after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, your only recourse is to close your account and cease using the platform. You may close your bek33 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between you and bek33 that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team will be subject to bek33's internal dispute resolution procedure. bek33 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal complaint.
